New Builds
Once again with new builds we can be involved with the whole project or just certain aspects of the build. Bar / Hotel Refurbishments.
Modular Unit - Refurbishments.
Groundworks
We do a variety of groundworks, from drainage to tarmacing, and more specialised works like above, which involved stoning up a pit, laying steel reinforcing and special concrete to enable a large machine to be placed on it, all to be completed in a short space of time. Office Revamps / Commercial Work. We can revamp offices or change them round to create more space without causing lasting damage to buildings, in case at some point they have to be removed again. We also supply and fit suspended ceilings, which are quick and easy solutions to cover existing un sightly ceilings or allow space for electrics and data cables if required.
Loft Conversions.

We can take all the hassle out of your extension as we organise it from start to finish. We can do a variety of extensions whether they be large or small, flat roofs or pitched roofs.
We have vast experience in refurbishing bars, restaurants & hotels. Bar None was two shops with a walk way in between, it is now all one, with the bar area downstairs & Restaurant upstairs. See the Project section for more photographs of the refurb.
Modular Refurbs tend to be for Schools, University's, Hospitals and local councils. They are a quick turn round as the building needs to be on site and operational. The refurbs can be done at our workshop, on site our at the clients premises.
This involved making a new office in the building and installing the framework and doors which can be seen on the picture. 
We can carry out any kind of loft conversion. The picture on the left, was a bungalow which meant the existing roof was removed and new attic trusses fitted.
