Extension.
This is a single storey extension, with a flat roof and concrete detailed copings.
After digging out and stoning up, a raft foundation was required with a toe. As you can see the reinforcing bars had to be tied to suit this detail.
This shows the edge detail of the reinforcing bars.
To complete the base ready for concreting, a solid timber shuttering was required.

The shuttering has been removed showing the step in the raft foundation. All loaded out ready to start the brick and block work.
Brick and block work well on the way, with the joists fitted too.
